The 361 Energy Fair will take place in Barnstaple Pannier Market and will include energy saving advice, installers of renewable and energy saving technologies, electric vehicles and bikes, environmental groups, arts and crafts. The event will be opened by the Mayor of Barnstaple and will include an appearance by the local artist Rich Thorne aka Richt and Ricky Martin, ‘the art ninja’.
